     Scott Marbut
     Scott Marbut

Branch of Military: US Army

Years Served: 26 1984 - 2011

Job in Service: Special Forces Intelligence NCO

Place of Birth: Missoula, Montana

 Current State of Residence: Montana

Biography : Scott was born in Missoula. Scott graduated from Flathead High School in Kalispell in 1985.  Scott joined the military in Butte in 1984 on the delayed entry program. Scott's first unit was US Army Reserves, as a Water Purification Specialist in Kalispell, Montana. Scott attended University of Montana 1985-1986. Scott joined the active duty Army in 1986. Scott is currently working on my Masters in Education and he hopes to be a school teacher one day.

Scott is a 5th generation Montanan, and has traveled around the state prior to joining the military. Scott's Grandfather was a Montana State Senator and ran for Montana Lieutenant Governor in 1968. Scott's Father has worked in the Montana Legislature for nearly 20 years. Scott just retired from the US Army in 2011 after 26 years. Scott's last 20 year's in the Army were in Special Forces (Green Beret's). Scott is an OEF, and OIF Veteran and has spent 36 months in combat.

Scott is married and has 4 children. Scott's step-daughter living in Bozeman and a Graduate of Montana State University. Scott's oldest son is in the US Navy. Scott has two grandsons with one on the way in 2016. Scott has two sons from his second marriage.

Scott is passionate about preserving States Rights over Federal intervention. Scott's Grandfather stated that your rights end when your fist touches the end of his nose. Meaning that in our big State we should be free to do as much as possible, and not have to follow big city rules, and laws only define when two different rights conflict. Your liberty is to do what you will until it impacts another citizen. Our country's liberties have eroded, and the US Military has taken the brunt of the attacks. Scott wants to preserve freedom so his children and his grandchildren can enjoy Montana, the way he did as a child. The preservation of personal liberty is best preserved at the most local government, as this gives the voter easy access to responsible government.

 Tim Ravndal

     Tim Ravndal

Branch of Military: US Air Force

Years Served: 1977 - 1979

Job in Service: Weapons Mechanic

Place of Birth: Anaconda, Montana

Current State of Residence: Montana

Biography :

I was born in Anaconda in 1958 and graduated in 1976 from Anaconda High.  I enlisted in the United States Air Force under delayed enlistment and went active in 1977.  I served as a weapons mechanic and was stationed at Wurtsmith AFB in Michigan.  I received a general discharge in 1979 and returned to Montana to resume a career as an auto mechanic.  I got married 31 years ago and we have raised three children here in Townsend Montana  We live outside of Townsend where we own property.  I raise hounds for hunting and my wife is an avid bowler.  Both of my daughters have graduated from Montana Colleges and are seeking employment. My son is working in the home construction industry.  I worked for many years in the automotive industry until my calling to the natural resource industry resulted in the creation of my own logging company.  I was hit with a rare blood disorder in 2012 that forced me to stop logging.

Because my health prevents me from working full time, I am devoting my energy to education and activation of the people of Montana against the threat of tyranny. The Second Amendment in its entire context is the foundation of a free state.  It is our duty to ensure the freedom and liberty of the people of Montana are not usurped by corrupt politicians and or party politics.  Politically, I have been engaged here in Montana since the mid 1970's.  I have been heavily engaged in MFWP activities where management of wildlife has been less than admirable.  I continue to participate in Mountain Lion management.

I served as President of Montana Multiple Use Association for 7 years where we engaged with Federal agencies to secure the beneficial use of our resources here in Montana and abroad. Access to public lands and the defense of private property rights being the foundation of our battles. I helped organize and network the "Tea Party" movement here in Montana and continue to serve this movement as a citizen.  Trying to wake people up to the dangers of tyranny continues to take the lead. I have made a couple attempts to secure a seat on the Broadwater County Commission.  In 2014, I was beat by the Democratic Party teamed up with the Republican Party in a non-partisan race.  I continue to engage in the local government level as I truly believe that the restoration of our Constitutional Republic must take place here at home.

I served as chairman of the Republican Central Committee here in Broadwater County for a short period.  I was impeached from this position for standing up against the establishment politicians.  I wear this as a badge of honor and have no regrets.  I currently still serve the central committee here as parliamentarian.  I have been engaged in the Montana Legislature since 1993 and act as an "UNPAID" citizens lobbyist promoting constitutionalism and due process protecting property rights here in Montana.

I am coordinator for the Tenth Amendment Center here in Montana where I work to inform the people of the process of nullification and interposition.  I focus a tremendous amount of my resources to the defense of the 2nd Amendment.  I served as an election volunteer for NRA and served as coordinator for the National Association of Gun Rights.   I am a member of Oath Keepers Montana where I recently served as Vice President of the State organization.

I am Montana Coordinator for the Order of Constitutional Defenders where we promote Constitutional awareness.  I currently still serve as an election judge here in Broadwater County.

I am interested in helping with  "Montana Veterans Party of America or (VPMT)" as the world is run by those who show up, and my oath has not nor will ever expire.

      Mark Wamsley

Branch of Military: US Navy

Years Served: 1979 - 1998

Job in Service: Cryptologic Technician

Place of Birth: Ronan, Montana

Current State of Residence: Montana

Biography :    Grew up in Sidney, MT and graduated from Sidney Senior High in 1979. I enlisted in the Navy in August 1979 and became a Cryptologic Technician (Communications). During my Navy career I was stationed in San Diego, Pensacola, Norfolk, London England, Rota Spain, and Winter Harbor Maine. I provided direct Cryptologic support to numerous ships and commands during my career. I retired in 1998 as an E6 (CTO1) and lived in Florida until returning to Montana in 2007.

I have been politically active since the early 90s and at one point was a delegate to the Republican State Convention in Maine. It was at this time I witnessed the corruption of the Republican Party first hand and sought out a truly conservative alternative. I was introduced the Tax Payers Party (currently the Constitution Party). I have been involved with them since, but have found the difficulty in gaining ballot access and local leaders at the state level disheartening.

My education includes a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management and a Masters of Business Administration in Operations Management.

I am currently employed by the State of Montana.
